We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By purchasing our products or subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. THE 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the exact date and time of your initial purchase. After 14 days have elapsed from the date of purchase, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

2. CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

To protect our business against abuse, fraud, and theft of digital intellectual property, the following conditions apply:

• Bespoke / Custom Development: For fully custom-built, bespoke plugins, themes, or software developed exclusively for your specifications, the 14-day refund guarantee only applies prior to final source-code delivery or deployment. Once custom code has been handed over, transferred, or deployed to your environment, refunds may be denied or heavily prorated based on development hours already spent, at our sole discretion.
• SaaS Subscriptions: For subscription-based software, the 14-day guarantee applies only to the initial sign-up or first billing cycle. Subsequent recurring renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
• Technical Cooperation: If you are requesting a refund due to a technical error, bug, or plugin conflict on your website, you must allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If you refuse to cooperate with our support team (such as refusing to provide error logs or relevant environment details), we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

3. ABUSE OF POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably suspect fraud, exploitation of our policies, or “wardrobing” (purchasing digital products to download the source code, immediately requesting a refund, and continuing to use the software illegally).

Upon issuance of a refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated, and you must immediately cease all use of, and delete all copies of, the software, plugins, or themes in question.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email our support team within the 14-day window. Please include:

1. Your full name and the email address associated with the purchase.
2. Your order number or transaction ID.
3. A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (we use this feedback to improve our products).
